Before you create. Merges files, not conflicting JSON content or game logic. Use packs targeting the same edition and version. The later pack in the list wins file conflicts. Pack exports target the stated format; they have not been tested inside Minecraft. Keep a backup and test in a separate world.

Download the merged pack with a conflict report.
What you will get
Merge resource packs from the same edition, review overlapping files, and choose which pack wins. Output: Java ZIP or Bedrock MCPACK. Java resource packs target 1.21–1.21.1, format 34. Bedrock packs use the stated resource or skin-pack manifest format. See the export settings and compatibility note for this tool.
