Before you create. Replaces the elytra texture globally for viewers using this pack. It does not grant a player cape. Cape designs use a different UV layout and must be adapted in the editor. Pack exports target the stated format; they have not been tested inside Minecraft. Keep a backup and test in a separate world.
How to use Elytra Pack Builder
Import an elytra PNG, or start with a wing template.
Edit the 64 × 32 texture and review the UV guide.
Download and enable the Java resource pack.
What you will get
Design or import an elytra texture and export a Java elytra replacement resource pack. Output: 64 × 32 PNG or Java ZIP. Java resource packs target 1.21–1.21.1, format 34. Bedrock packs use the stated resource or skin-pack manifest format. See the export settings and compatibility note for this tool.
